HR PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND AUDIT SYSTEM

  • Recommends and maintains an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Works in coordination with Head of the departments and Human Resource Planning Department to plan manpower and to implement the manpower planning system (Inform) in accordance with company policies and legal procedures.
  • Creates the employment agreement policies including definite, indefinite, part-time, and seasonal, confidentiality agreements, etc.
  • Prepares and follows the staffing budget in accordance with business objectives and business plan, makes suggestions to reduce staffing costs.
  • Plans recruitment and redundancy services that meet the company needs.
  • Selects and administers recruitment methods/tools such as tests, interviews.
  • Determines competencies, qualifications, job descriptions and

  • Conduct Training Programmes either in-house or through external sources, Orientation programme, on the job trainings, refreshment trainings, technical, soft skill trainings, etc.
  • Support Training Manager to develop and compile training policies, materials and selects training programmes for specific groups of employees and determines special training programmes with Training Manager to support career planning of high qualified employees.
  • Support Training Manager to develop the managerial competencies of the supervisors and managers through suitable training methods such as individual coaching or group instructions.
  • Provides a feedback system followed by Training Manager for trainees to determine the effectiveness of training programmes.
  • Monitors the results of periodical reporting system of training and development activities, discusses them with the Head of departments for the development planning of the organization.
